Mortar Rig

Simple, powerful and built to last, the sprayMASTER^® Mini is ideal for mixing, pumping and spraying a wide range of materials, such as geopolymer, hybrid cements repair mortars, and finish coats. The sprayMASTER Mini is engineered and built to continuously mix and pump the widest range of mortar and grouting materials, from thin to thick consistencies. Materials often used with this system include Geopolymers, Hybrid Cements, Repair Mortars, Gel Mortars, Stucco, Fireproofing Plastering, EIFS, cement/masonry sand, cement/fly ash, flowable and non-flowable grouts, and Bentonite waterproofing grouts.

Mortar Truck

Class 6, non-CDL vehicle integrates a mobile mortar plant, allowing for efficient, on-the-go manhole rehabilitation without the need for towing. Fully loaded under 26,000 lbs., it features a roomy 4-door cab, diesel engine, and extensive storage options for crew comfort and convenience. The sprayMASTER truck represents the ultimate in compact, comfortable, and convenient site mobility.

Mortar Trailer

The sprayMASTER is a completely self-contained manhole mortar lining system. Built to last, It has been designed for precise, low-velocity spray and/or spin-cast application of cementitious and geopolymer mortar manhole lining materials. The sprayMASTER is equipped with an 84 gallon batch style mortar mixer, hydraulic driven 6200w water pump, 250-gallon poly-lined water tank and a 44 hp turbo diesel engine/hydraulic power plant.

For spin-cast applications within manholes, depending on the material you are applying, Vortex has developed the spinMASTER™ series for precision and controlled material application.

spinMASTER™: Mortar Applications

The spinMASTER is a centrifugal-cast manhole liner system that speeds up the application process and produces a consistently even coat. The spinMASTER power winch features “continuous on-time” design which eliminates normal motor breakdown (overheating). The winch can be assembled for either hand control or foot pedal operation.

The spinMASTER II epoxy applicator puts an end to uneven coating applications and long, backbreaking hours spent finishing up the job with this innovative, easy-to-use device.
