Services We Offer:

CIPP Lining for Watermains

CIPP Lining for Watermains: Vortex Water provides proven, safe, and cost-effective CIPP solutions for water infrastructure renewal. Our water-safe, NSF 61- and BNQ-certified CIPP liner eliminates the need for total replacement. Third party testing verifies 100-year design life per ASTM D2990.

Cement Mortar Lining

This form of trenches rehabilitation involves the application of a cement-based lining within an existing pipeline system. Cement mortar lining provides a barrier within metal pipes to reduce and limit tuberculation buildup, and corrosion. Cement mortar solutions allow you to leave existing pipes in place without digging up and replacing.

SIPP Polymeric Pipe Lining

SIPP (Spray-In-Place Pipe) lining systems utilize epoxy, polyurea, and polyurethane-based polymer linings as alternatives to traditional Portland cement spray rehabilitation. These materials are spray-applied to the interior of existing pipelines, where they rapidly cure to form a durable, corrosion-resistant, and structurally enhanced lining. These polymeric systems typically consist of a two-component resin mixture that bonds to the host pipe and creates a smooth, seamless internal surface, improving hydraulic performance while extending the service life of the pipeline.

Open Cut

Open cut pipe replacement is a common method for water system upgrades. Typically, open cut replacement will involve abandonment of the existing pipe in place. In some instances, open cut replacement is necessary where rehabilitation is not an option due to system layout or existing pipe condition.

Lead Service Abatement

Lead service abatement projects are undertaken to reduce the amount of lead within the drinking water system. This allows for safer and more modern access to clean, safe drinking water. We’re committed to supporting municipalities in their efforts to eliminate lead service lines throughout the country.
