As one of our core values, “Always Being Safe” means more than knowing the rules. At Vortex if means looking out for one another and having each other’s back. We have instituted a Peer Coaching program, “TOGETHER WE BUILD WINNING TEAMS”, because we understand feedback doesn’t always have to come from a manager or boss. Peer coaching gives permission to all members of the team to provide constructive feedback on how we can all work better, and safer, together.
Vortex provides ongoing safety training courses, as necessary, to assure all employees are aware of on-the-job hazards. It is the goal of Vortex and its family of companies to have 100% accident-free and injury-free projects.
