The Xpress Coating System from Picote is designed for small diameter pipe coating. The Xpress Coating System offers rapid curing times and highly efficient operations for pipes ranging from 1.25”-12” | 31.75mm-305mm. This system minimizes waste and mess, drastically reducing setup time and operational costs. The heart of the system is the Xpress Coating Pump, equipped with dual hydraulic resin cylinders engineered for the new 1:1, single color epoxy. It features a built-in extended life battery and an internal resin heater, ensuring several hours of continuous work, even while charging. Included in the system is a motorized Delivery Hose Reel with 131 ft | 40m of delivery hose, enhancing ease of setup, mobility and storage.
